With the aim to provide quality service for our products and to keep improving the conditions for customer satisfaction, we set the following procedure:

• Fill in and send the attached service questionnaire (preferably electronically via our website, by e-mail to servis@zebr.cz, by fax or by mail (to the address above)).
• Contact the Service Manager or the Service Department with reference to the sent service questionnaire and agree on the most convenient date and scope of service work.
• Upon an agreement (need), send additional detailed information and appoint your contact responsible person who will coordinate this service operation for your company.
• During the service work it is useful, according to our technician's recommendation, to ensure a participation of your involved personnel to get them acquainted with the problems.
• After finishing the service, our technician will fill in, in the presence of your representative, a Service Report (see annex) including the signatures of both parties.
• We keep the record of the service work performed and will analyze it and the Sales Department Manager will decide whether it is a warranty or after-warranty case.
• The contractor starts warranty service by obtaining the necessary information on the claimed defect or fault on the work at the customer’s site.

The aim of our company is to provide our customers with the best and quickest services and to enable them to fully use the supplied products. We will appreciate your opinions or recommendations for further improvements.
